Return & Exchange Policy

We prioritize hygiene, safety, and customer comfort in every product we deliver. Since our products fall under the innerwear category, we maintain strict hygiene standards. Therefore, returns are not accepted, but we do offer limited exchanges under specific conditions.

Please read the policy below carefully before placing your order.

1. No Return Policy

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all innerwear purchases are non-returnable.

Once a product is delivered, it cannot be returned for a refund under any circumstances, except if the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

2. Exchange Eligibility

We allow exchanges only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged or defective
  • The product received is incorrect (wrong item sent)
  • Size exchange requests for unused items

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Protective hygiene liners must remain intact
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be attached
  • Exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery

Items that show signs of wear, washing, perfume, stains, or damage will not be eligible for exchange.

3. Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged unless damaged or incorrect:

  • Panties and intimate bottoms
  • Opened lingerie sets
  • Innerwear without hygiene protection
  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale

4. Exchange Request Process

To request an exchange:

  1. Email our support team at spranjana.p@gmail.com
  2. Provide the following details:
  • Order Number
  • Product Name
  • Reason for exchange
  • Clear photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, exchange instructions will be shared.

Items must be securely packed in their original packaging before shipping.

5. Exchange Processing

After the product is received and inspected:

  • If approved, the replacement product will be shipped within 5–7 business days
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • If the requested size or item is unavailable, a store credit or alternative option may be provided

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. However, you may request an exchange according to the policy mentioned above.
